Karen Wilshaw

Co-Clinical Leader & Nursing Manager

Karen is another of our co-clinical leaders at the practice. She is also our nursing team manager overseeing the treatment room work provided by the practice nursing team and healthcare assistants, and the complex care long term conditions patients who require annual checks for diabetes, asthma, COPD etc. Karen is our clinical lead for the Patient Participation Group and leads on our social media, clinical governance and clinical quality. Karen also supplies clinical input for any nursing issues or complaints that may arise from patients in the practice. Karen holds clinics at the practice on three days per week and has a further day of dedicated management time to assist in the running of the practice.
