Baby Clinic
The baby clinics are held by appointment. The clinic also allows an opportunity to discuss other problems, eg sleeping, feeding and child health worries, with the doctors, nurses or health visitors.
Hypertension/Cardiovascular Clinic
This is run by our in-house Clinical Pharmacist, Andy. This is by appointment only.
Medication Review Clinic
This is run by our in-house Clinical Pharmacist, Andy. This is by appointment only.
Frailty Assessment Review Clinic
This is run by our Frailty Health Care Assistants and Complex Care Practitioner.
Physiotherapy Clinic
This is run by our Primary Care Network pysiotherapist, Asim. This is by appointment only.
Asthma/COPD Clinic
This is run by our practice nurse Ulrikke in conjunction with the doctors, by appointment only.
Diabetic Clinic
This is run by our practice nurses, Karen Wilshaw, Lucy Blackman and Tina Wilshaw in conjunction with the doctors, by appointment only.
Family Planning
Contraceptive care is provided by all the doctors during surgery hours. Appointments for smears, postnatal checks and discussion of women's health issues are available with our doctors and nurses. Please discuss your needs with reception who can signpost you to right clinician.
Anticoagulation Clinic
This clinic is for patients on warfarin anticoagulation therapy and is by appointment only.
Travel Immunisations/Vaccinations
Please make an appointment at least six weeks in advance of your holiday to ensure adequate cover. A charge will be made for certain immunisations and vaccinations which are not covered by the NHS. A list of these charges is held at reception. We are no longer able to offer yellow fever vaccinations.
Flu Vaccination
An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and residents of nursing and rest homes. Please contact the reception staff in September for details of the vaccination dates and to make an appointment.
Stop Smoking
We are here to give you advice on how to quit and we can arrange one to one counselling with a dedicated team.
